Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
The eligibility for refund shall be subject to following conditions:
- 100% Refund – When no work has begun on your order.
- Refund based on % completion – Refund amount shall be after retained the amount and the retention is based on the % of work done on your order.
Note: All the refunds shall be after deduction of charges, if any, imposed on us for making such refunds.
Refunds
Once you are eligible for a refund as per our refund policy, we will send you an email to notify you regarding it.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact form.
